HISTORY AND BACKGROUND
Nuru Inhumation is a registered funeral services provider in Tanzania, offering comprehensive end-of-life
solutions, including coffin sales, transportation, and other essential funeral services.
The business was officially registered in 2018 as a sole proprietorship; however, its roots trace back to
2004 under the names Nuru Funeral Services (NFS) and later Nuru Funeral Logistics (NFL). These
earlier entities were founded and operated by the late Mr. Paul Beda Moshi, who dedicated providing
compassionate and dignified funeral services. His vision was driven by the need for funeral care that goes
beyond logistics—services delivered with empathy, understanding, and a personal touch.
Following the untimely passing of Mr. Paul Beda Moshi on January 3, 2018, the business transitioned into Nuru Inhumation, with his daughter, Ms. Gloria Moshi assuming leadership as Chief Executive Officer
(CEO). Under her guidance, the company continues to uphold its founding values while operating in full
compliance with government regulations and industry standards. NURU INHUMATION has business
registration number 564125 from Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA) and Tax
Identification Number (TIN) 115952013 From Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA). With a commitment
